Ordering

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No. Items only need to be ordered in sellable units such as one bundle or one case.

Can I get a sample?

Due to the large number of requests we receive we cannot provide samples. However, you may order as few as one bundle of any item to try before placing a larger order.

Do you offer custom box sizes?

Yes. Go Packaging makes boxes in any size, style and quantity. We offer fast turnaround and you may choose from a variety of corrugated materials. Click on the Custom Request button on the left side of our webpage and let us know what you need. You may also contact us by phone at 630-916-8090.

Can I add my purchase order number to my order?

Yes. At checkout you have an option of adding your purchase order number to your order.

Will I receive an acknowledgement of my order?

Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation showing the details of your order. You may also view your order on line.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.  Net 30 terms are available for approved accounts only. Please contact us for a credit application.

How will my order ship?

Your order will ship in the most economical way available based upon what you have purchased and your location.  You will receive a shipping estimate during the checkout process.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Many of the items we ship are rated based on thier size not weight.  Many corrugated items for example ship at an oversized rate. Whenever possible, we try to combine multiple items together into a single package to save on shipping cost.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed before 5:00 p.m. M-F ship same day in most cases. Common carrier shipments ship next business day.

Can I ship on my UPS, FedEx or common carrier account?

We are only able to ship UPS on our account.  You may use your FedEx Express account or have your order picked up at our warehouse by your own carrier.  Please contact us by telephone if you wish to use any of these options becuase we will need to take your order manually. Please note that we are unable to ship via DHL or USPS at this time.

Are my purchases subject to sales tax?

Applicable taxes will be charged on your full purchase unless we have a tax certificate on file. If you have a tax form on file with us you will not be charged tax on any of your purchases unless at checkout you change the tax status of the item to yes.

Can I cancel my order?

Since we often ship orders immediatley upon receipt, they cannot be canceled once placed. If you have ordered a wrong item, please contact our customer service team for return instructions.

Returns

Can I return products?

Yes. Items must be in full units and packed in their original packaging in resalable condition. No partial units may be returned for credit. Please contact us for return instructions. You must have a Return Authorization Numbere (RA) before shipping products back to us.  Shipments sent back without an RA number will be refused.  Customer is responsible for freight both ways on canceled orders.

What if my shipment is damaged?

If you see evidence of damage you must make a notation on the bill of lading when signing for delivery. Contact Go Packaging customer service immediatley at 630-916-8090, and we will arrange to have the damaged products replaced and/or credited to your account.  Damage claims must be made within 7 days of order.

Security

Is your website secure?

Yes. We use Veri-Sign 128 bit encryption security and also subscribe to Hacker Safe. To maintain security to your account, never share your password with anyone and make sure to log out of our site and close browser on shared terminals.
